11.41 Your friends have decided to organise a number of functions to raise funds for a trek to the


Himalayan Base Camp. The functions planned include: a cinema night; dico at the local hotel;
and a trivia night. As you have some knowledge of accounting they have asked that you help
them work out the financials. They are unsure about what costs should be considered in relation
to the functions and what price they should charge for the tickets.
