hagwagar’s 25 years of experience
has given him valuable insights and
perspectives into the changing face of
workspace design, where wellness and wellbeing
are the new core considerations. “While
designing commercial projects, we ensure that we
understand who we are designing for, what they
require and how to offer it,” he says.
AVA team constantly tries to learn and
understand new ideas and philosophies in workspace design. They organise
¶'esign 3 athshalas’ for which they huddle every 6 aturday in the ofÀce
amphitheater to study projects from around the world and analyse and
brainstorm what works and what does not work in the local context.
Bhagwagar states, “We are continuously educating ourselves to look
beyond the narrow conÀnes of what we are doing and focus on the world
at large. These are the kind of initiatives that foster camaraderie and
collaboration, an important practice in our own workspace.”A

Rathore states, “Context is our focus while
conceptualising a design guided by the values of Indian
culture and environmental development of the space.
Our approach goes all the way to providing comfort and
wellbeing to end users. We strive to provide designs that
improve the quality of life where people live, work and
socialise.”
Salient’s ofÀce is equipped with services that add to the

The studio is enriched with a dynamic dash of green,
gleaming with ample daylight enlightening the interiors and
adding to the vivacity. We stay updated with latest software
and continually upgrade the teams with their usage through
