A great snack plate has to appease the eyes before tickling the palate.
Do that with these recipes from Aditya Wanwari, Co-founder, SHOR, Mumbai

SERVES: 2 > PREP TIME: 30 minutes > COOKING TIME: 10 minutes


  1. Knead the flour, water, and salt to a dough.
    Freeze the dough for 20 minutes.

  2. Remove the dough from the freezer and divide into six small balls.

  3. Stuff the balls with the cheese, garlic, and coriander,
    and press out gently to make small cutlets. Roast in a tandoor or on a pan.

  4. Drizzle with the truffle oil and serve.


100 g maida
20 ml water
Salt, to taste
35 g cheese,
grated

50 g garlic, minced
5 g coriander
leaves, chopped
5 ml truffle oil,
to drizzle
