Draw the routes that you covered walking around today.


Staying fit and slowing down actually
go really well together; research has
shown that walking around a bit at
various moments during the day is much
healthier than sitting the entire day,
working hard, and then going to the
gym twice a week. Traipsing around
every day might sound like utopia,
but something you can do is to amble
over to the coffee machine to get a
cup of coffee (or tea), go for a walk
if you need to make a call or walk
over to your colleague instead of
sending them an email.
