Mealt waterfall and Kilt rock provide
some extraordinary visuals with the
water plunging 60 metres from a cliff
into the sea. While the place provides
some breathtaking panoramas across the
horizon, I decided to shoot some details
from the cliff directly below. Thanks to
my senses for not dropping the camera
from such height!

Quiraing is the epitome of Scotland
landscapes. It’s a must-do trail for
photographers. This 593-metre high
viewpoint offers some supernatural
panoramas across the horizon. With
every frame the lights seem to change
dramatically, and nature itself starts
posing for your camera.

Elgol Beach has to be one of my favourite
viewpoints when it comes to coastal
scenes. Though I was in love with most
of the panoramic cliff views across the
Skye, Elgol is really something different.
The village is situated around the shore,
with a population of just 150 people.
There is something more interesting
about it β€” when you are on the beach
of Elgol, you might be stepping on the
rocks which are Bathonian in age (170
million years old). The shore is full of
fossils, and hammering the bedrock is
strictly prohibited. The seascape at Elgol
is blessed with black Cuillin rising 3,000
feet straight out of the sea. Stormy waves
under dark rainy clouds and heavenly
light is exactly what a photographer

can ask for to put a grin on his face!
Isle of Skye was truly an experience of
a different side of Earth and asks for as
much time as possible.
