Green Hemp Smoothie
Recipe / 13 Seeds
Serves: 1

1 large ripe banana
1 medium-sized apple
2 large kale leaves
1 tbsp 13 Seeds Hemp
Protein Powder

1 tsp maca powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp barley-grass powder
250mL water or plant-
based milk

Roughly chop banana and apple into chunks. Remove kale leaves
from stalk and tear into pieces.
Blend all ingredients together.
Serve immediately.

Super Seed Chocolate Protein Bites
Recipe / 13 Seeds
Makes: 16 bites

1 cup packed pitted medjool
dates (12–13 large)
¼ cup 13 Seeds Hemp
Protein Powder
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup sesame seeds
¼ cup cocoa powder

½ tsp vanilla
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp fine-grain sea salt, or
to taste
¼ cup raw cacao nibs (or
mini dark-chocolate chips)

Place dates in food processor and process until chunky date
paste forms.
Add 13 Seeds Hemp Protein Powder, chia seeds, sesame seeds,
cocoa powder, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Process until thoroughly
combined. Pulse in cacao nibs. The dough should be sticky when
pressed between fingers (the dates will help keep it together).
Shape dough into about 16 small balls and freeze for about 20
mins until firm. Store leftovers in freezer until your next snack
attack hits. Enjoy!
