Vanilla, Chai & Hemp Parfait

Serves: 2

1 tbsp Hemp Foods hemp protein
1 cup milk of your choice
Pinch ground cinnamon
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp maple syrup

½ lemon
1 cup blueberries (plus
handful to serve)
2 tbsp yoghurt of choice
Pinch Hemp Foods hemp seeds
Handful shredded coconut

In a bowl, mix Hemp Protein, milk, cinnamon, chia seeds, vanilla essence
and 1 tbsp maple syrup.
Stir until smooth, place bowl in fridge for 5–10 mins then stir again. Leave
bowl in fridge for 1-2 hours or overnight if desired.
Meanwhile, squeeze lemon into saucepan and add berries along with
remaining maple syrup. Cook on low heat until soft and leave to cool.
Remove chia mix from fridge and spoon ⅓ of the way into glass or jar. Add
layer of yoghurt and blueberries then repeat in another glass.
Top with the remaining berries, more cinnamon, hemp seeds and coconut.
