Sweet Vinegar Salad

Serves: 2
300g salad mix of choice
2 slices bread, crusts removed
& diced
Olive oil
Edible flowers (optional)
Sauce
100mL Pearl River Bridge Premium
Sweet Vinegar
100mL olive oil
33mL Pearl River Bridge Rice
Vinegar
Salt & black pepper
Wash salad mix and drain well. Set aside.
In frying pan, toast diced bread with olive oil over low heat until both sides
are golden. Remove from heat.
In bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients.
Place salad in small bowl or dish, add sauce, garnish with toast pieces
and edible flowers (if using).
Beef Nachos with Avocado Salsa

500g beef, cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 bag corn chips
Pearl River Bridge Yellow Lantern
Chilli Sauce
Marinade
½ tbsp Pearl River Bridge Superior
Light Soy Sauce
5g Pearl River Bridge Premium
Oyster Flavoured Sauce
2g sugar
Olive oil
Salsa
4 avocados
½ onion, chopped
½ tsp Tabasco
White pepper
Salt
Sugar
In bowl, add beef cubes, mix with marinade ingredients until sticky. Let
stand for 15 mins.
To make salsa, pit avocados and remove flesh. Add into a bowl with
chopped onion, Tabasco, white pepper, salt and sugar, and use spoon to
crush and blend the mixture.
In frying pan, preheat olive oil over medium heat, cook beef cubes until
medium rare and then remove from heat.
On wooden platter, place beef, corn chips, Yellow Lantern Chilli Sauce
and avocado salsa. Serve accompanied with green salad as desired.
Use Pearl River Bridge Superior
Light Soy Sauce as a dipping
sauce with your favourite Asian
snacks or add it to stir-fries and
marinades for an extra fl avour
