VISITORS SAY THEY WOULDN’T WANT TO CLEAN THEM ALL

Laura Cooper, 32, and Lee Keenan, 45, who

run a telesales company and property

business, spent years building their dream

home in Scarborough, North Yorks. It has four

bedrooms and five bathrooms. She says:

A BUNGALOW, with one bathroom and one en-

suite, used to stand on the plot where our house

now sits. We wanted four big bedrooms and it

was important each had en suites for guests.

We also have a bathroom on the first floor, with

a huge sunken Jacuzzi, which is my favourite

place to relax, surrounded by candles, at the

end of a long day, while our en suite with walk-in

shower is perfect for speedy mornings

I have vivid memories of childhood battles with

my sister and three brothers about the time we

spent in our one family bathroom. Someone was

always banging on the door saying: ‘How long

are you going to be in there?’

That’s probably one reason I now have such a

thing about everyone having their own space

and privacy.

But people always say they wouldn’t like the

job of having to clean them all.
