Algerian eye
Algerian eyes
are used in the
snowglobe-shaped
scene at the top of
our festive sampler.
The Algerian eye
stitch is made of eight
straight stitches that
radiate from a central
hole in your fabric to
form a star. If you've
not tried this stitch
before, then practise
it on a piece of scrap
aida to perfect the
stitch before adding it
to your sampler.

“There's something
about getting
stuck into a

so relaxing. This
one will provide
a fab distraction
