difficulty seeing. Summonthe Magnifier
by pressing the button three times.The

Motor’, Hearing and General. Mostof
thesesettingsareset toOff butyoucan
enableanythatarelikely tobehelpful.


•TheVisiontweaks fall broadly intotwo
types: you can makeitems easier tosee
or you can get audiodescriptions. The
Zoom tool magnifies theentirescreen
and you can adjustthe maximum
magnification amount, and enable or
disableothersettings. Display&TextSize
lets you makethingseasier tosee ina
number ofways,from increasingthe size
of texttomakingit bolder,reducing
transparencyand more.You canalso use
your devicetomakeit easiertosee
thingsin the real world byactivating the
Magnifier.This works withyour camera
and lets you zoom inon hard-to-seetext.

•TheVoiceOversettingprovides a
spoken description ofalmosteverything,
including buttons, menus,notifications
and evendetails such asyourscreen
dimming. Onceenabled, tappinganitem
tells you whatitis, anddouble-tapping
actions itlikeanormal tap.Youcan
adjustthespeaking speed. Ifyou don’t
need thatlevelofdescription, the Spoken
Content featurecanread outselected
text or thescreen’scontent, andprovide
typingfeedback.Enable Audio
Descriptionsandtheseplayautomatically
when available.


•Options in the‘Physical and Motor’
section makeTouch easiertouse and let
youmanage features suchas ‘Tap to
Wake’, ‘ShaketoUndo’and Vibration.
ThereareoptionsforFaceID and
Attention (on devices thatsupport it).
Switch Control lets you setup your
phonetowork withadaptiveaccessories.

•Anyone who hasdifficulty interacting
with thedevicethroughtouch can enable
VoiceControlanduse spoken
commands. For devices with aside
button, suchas the iPhoneXandnewer,
youcanuseit tomanage the click

speed andothersettings, andenable
keyboardfeatures such asStickyKeys
and SlowKeys.

•UnderHearing,you canconnect a
compatiblehearingaid,switch tomono
audio,enablephone noise cancellation
and set LEDflashesforalerts,aswell as
enable closed captionsand subtitles.

•Finally,iOShas options forGuided
Access(which keeps the deviceina
single appandcontrols whatfeatures
