Presstheseamstowardsthecentre
oftheblock.Thiswillmeanthat
whentheblocksareplacedinthequilt
design,theseamswillbutttogether
nicelyandeliminatebulk. Make two
(2) blocks(Fig 9 ).

Intotal,makesixty-four(64)
blocks from your fabrics.

Layouttheblocksineight(8)
rowsofeight(8)blocks.Note
howtheblocksinthisquilt alternate
in direction(Fig 10 ).

Stitchtherowsofblocks
together.Pressseamsopen.
Stitchtherowstogethertocomplete
the quilt top. Press seams open.
