ARM64 has new cool instructionUBFIZ(Unsigned bitfield insert in zero, with zeros to left and right), which
can be used to place specified number of bits from one register to another. It’s alias of another instruction,
UBFM(Unsignedbitfieldmove, withzerostoleftandright).UBFMistheinstructionusedinternallyinARM64
instead ofLSL/LSR(bit shifts).
