tering twice, first w it h a dark color, then
with a light o ne. Let the first spatter
dry before applying the second. Where
the light spatters land, the darker ones
~. ' beneath will look like shadows.

Press bubble wrap into a layer of paint,
and then print the "bubbles" onto another
area of your painting. Take care not to
overdo this effect or you'll end up with a
"bubble wrap painting~!


When Q layer of acrylic paint has just
begun to dry, fay down some plastic cling
wrap so that it forms creases. Leave in
place until the paint is almost dry, and
then peel off. The effect will be like
crystals.

Lay p ieces of cheesecloth and metallic
ribbon onto a wash of acrylic ink. When
almost dry {but not so dry that it sticks
to the support}, peel off the cheesecloth.
