STAR LETTER

...............what’s trending this month...............
We love keeping up with what you’re knitting – this month it’s issue 185’s fab sock ruler!

Our star letter writer wins a fantastic gift card worth £50
from Love Crafts! (Please note the customer must spend a
minimum of £10, and the voucher is not applicable for use on
sale items, downloadable PDFs and gift cards. Only for use on
http://www.lovecrafts.com online store.)

SPIDERS AND CROSSES
I thought you would like to see my take on
the spots and crosses pattern featured
in issue 187 of Simply Knitting, by Ann
Franklin. I decided to use spiders and
ladybirds instead! I thought this would be
useful on a long flight for the grandchildren
to play with, as it will roll up easily.
Linda Sendall, Essex
We love your brilliant interpretation of the
original design, Linda!

COOL ACCESSORIES
Here is the phone case I knitted from issue
151 of Simply Knitting, by Kirstie McLeod.
I adapted the size for my phone and chose
soft shades of green, which happens to be
my favourite colour! I also knitted the lattice
cushion covers by Georgia Farrell, also from
this issue, to go in our campervan.

You must be so pleased with these, Bev!

This will make a
great game for
children to enjoy
