Jurassic World Evolution is the
biggest release of the month, but not
necessarily the best. Sure, this is a
game in which you manage an
island full of massive lizards, and
can even sedate and airlift them –
watching as their sleepy bodies flop
adorably in the air. Despite these
obvious successes, as well as a more
general sense of wonder, Philippa
relays a disappointing lack of depth
in her review.
Vampyr also just misses the mark.
Alas, this is not the Vampire: The
Masquerade – Bloodlines successor
that we’ve been waiting for. It’s an
incredibly interesting but flawed
experience that might still be
worth checking out. So what about
this month’s top-scoring games?
Well, you’ve got the gothic card
game and the pinball adventure. See
pages 80 and 82 for more.
