A WOMAN had her mobile
cut off as her provider
believed she was dead.
Hayley Bell, 25,
contacted Three to
complain and was told her
phone had been locked.
Days later, mum Jo Bell
got a letter of sympathy.
Customer care super-
visor Hayley, of Kettering,
Northants, said: “Someone
sent details of a deceased
person and my account
was cancelled by accident.”
Three said: “We apolo-
gise. A £250 gesture of good-
will has been processed.”

Comic Brand, 62, said:

She was referring to
political figures who had
been hit by milkshakes.
Brand has already apolo-
gised for the joke, calling it
“crass and ill-judged”.
