threepiece.us rebuild a set of Super ADVAN SA3R wheels.

truck was unibodied.” Bead-rolled bed panels
and a tailgate skin were installed, including
a one-off sectioned roll pan and rear quarter
panels to maintain the flow of the body lines.
Once Chris decided he wanted his truck
to appear at SEMA, he knew the build was
going to go deep—an unintentional part
of his original plan. Now every single part
had to be touched and reworked, including
the engine. As Chris had only wrenched
on Hondas for most of his life, the rotary
was completely new to him, and even more
challenging, there was nobody available
locally in Colorado with any knowledge. “I
came across RX7Club.com and began a quest
for research,” he says. “I found people were
more than willing to give out knowledge and
were super helpful.” Chris’ research led him
to Ludwig Motorsports in Indiana, where
Chris Ludwig helped rebuild the 13B with a
