cracked, killing his engine.
Following a bent rod and a white
cloud of smoke, Jag was ready to quit
and would have if Evolution hadn’t
just released a new kit called the
XXXX. Yes, that’s really its name, and
nobody knew what it was capable
of, until the only Porsche that had it
made 900 hp and broke The Texas
Mile record. While the block got bored
from 3.6 to 3.8L, a GT2 RS throttle
body and intake manifold were also
installed along with a bigger pair of
Garrett GT35R turbos, Ferrea valves,
and an EVOMS cam. All this equated

1,100 hp—more than any other
996 had made at the time. After
the correct tune, Jag’s car made
1,350 hp on race gas and 900
on pump, running two ECUs to
easily switch between.
Aggressive behavior on the
street and in the courtroom
didn’t just show itself under the
bonnet; the bodywork is as mean
as can be, too. The back is blacked
out, showing off the elegant
Y-pipe, along with the contents
of a TechArt catalog, installed by
Jag himself, enclosing a pair of
full carbon GT3 seats.
Jag’s extremely busy life is
split between the pursuit of
defending his clients—some of
whom enjoy speeding a little
too much—and participating in
some spirited driving himself.
In a sea of Camrys and Priuses
driven by most people at the
courthouse, his Porsche sits
poised in the parking lot,
waiting for its owner to get off
work and possibly catch another
speeding ticket. Thankfully, he
knows a good lawyer.
