iPADOS WILL REVOLUTIONIZE
PRODUCTIVITY


Apple shocked the world at its Worldwide
Developers Conference when it announced
one of the biggest changes in the history of
the iPad - iPadOS. This new version of iOS 13
has been designed to run on Apple’s iPads
and, although built on the same foundation as
iOS, the software introduces new capabilities
specifically for the larger display of the iPad, on
top of the new features already coming with
iOS 13 such as the long-awaited Dark Mode,
a Find My app, Sign In with Apple, and new
Maps, Reminders, Photos, and Notes apps.


iPadOS elevates the iOS experience on the
iPad, which has gone from a commodity to
a vital productivity tool for businesses and
creatives around the world. Indeed, iPadOS will
introduce a new-look Home screen for the iPad,
reducing the size of app icons to fit more on
one page, with at-a-glance widgets now able
to be pinned to the home screen for the first
time. iPadOS also overhauls Split View and Slide
Over multitasking options, supporting multiple
windows of the same app, whilst App Exposé
will let you see all open windows of the same
app, mimicking macOS rather than iOS and
offering new capabilities on the iPad.

introduced color palettes, shapes, a ruler, an
