Surrounded by beautiful gardens

and wild meadows, and with the

River Windrush running through

the grounds, Old Swan & Minster

Mill couldn’t be more picturesque

if it tried. This 15th-century

boutique hotel is a little piece of

laid-back luxury in the Cotswolds.

We loved relaxing with a glass

of wine in the log-fired bar and

indulging at the on-site spa.
