RResortValle dell’Erica Thalasso &SSPA5*, which felt a million miles
aaway from home.Situated on the coastwith
eight secluded beach coves, thistraditional-style resorthas oodles
of rustic charm and alaid-backvibe. There are four (yes, four!)
swimming pools on site foryou tocooloff fromtheItalian sunshine.
The swim-upbar was ourpersonalfave (obvs!).As if that wasn’t choice
enouugh, the resort alsoboasts fiveddifferent restaurants. The only
qquestion is, which one will youttryout first?
We spent our first afternoon
checkingout the incredible sparelaxing in one of the outdoor
pools withthe sunbeamingdownwas the most fantastic start to our
trip. The next few days involvedsunning, relaxing, and, of course,
wining and dining. Well, it wouldn’tbe an Italian tripwithoutpasta and
wine, would it?! On that note, theSardinian sparkling wine called
Torbato is uh-mazing a must try.On our final day we tooka
private speedboat ride aroundthearchipelagotoexplore some of
Sardinia’sbestbeaches. It wasn’tlongbefore we were jumpingoff
the boat into the gorgeously warmwaters. We swam upto the nearest
desertedbeachtobepresentedwithan endless strip of unspolit,
golden sand. Hello, paradise! Ieven had to add #nofilter to my
Instagram pics, so that everyonewould know it was the real deal.
