Al design spetta il compito di rappresentare la sintesi tra

forma e funzione. Un concetto questo che sin dall’inizio

ha accompagnato l’evoluzione della gamma Azimut Yachts.

Merito di Paolo Vitelli che ha saputo puntare su quelle che

dello yacht design. Un percorso progettuale che ha avuto

in François Zuretti, Stefano Righini e Carlo Galeazzi tre

pilastri importanti. Parte della fortuna di Azimut si deve al

loro estro creativo, all’approccio progettuale e alla capacità

di anticipare le dinamiche legate al modo di vivere la barca.

L’esempio più eclatante è rappresentato dall’utilizzo delle

segno a pinna di squalo che sarebbe poi diventato uno dei

tratti distintivi del marchio.

picking up where Zuretti had left off and though we stayed

faithful to his stamp, we also managed to introduce some

new elements. Stefano Righini had come up with a layout

that had quite an unusual solution for a hull that size: two
