guests make healthier choices.


Have your cake and eat it, too. Swap regular cheese-
cake for this plant-based dessert. There’s no cheese

in for the creamy texture while helping you hit your
daily fibre goals. Top it off with fresh berries for an
extra hit of fruit.

A new study out of Duke University found that
overweight people who didn’t follow a particu-
lar diet but tracked their food intake with a free
app still lost significant amounts of weight.
