1 Putthechicken,amasi,
garlicandonionsina
marinatingdish.Mix
wellandleaveto
marinateovernight.
2 Preheattheovento
180°C.Removethe
chicken,onionsand
garlicfromthemari-
nadeandarrangein
theovenproofdish.
3 Seasonthechickenwith
thelemonjuice,zest
andspicemix.Tuck
therosemarybetween
thechickenpiecesand
drizzletheoilover.
4 Bakefor45-60minutes
oruntilgoldenbrown
anddone.Servewith
thelemonslicesor
wedges.
