Strap on a weight plate and hang from a
bar with your hands facing you (A). Engage
your back and biceps to lift your chest
(B). Pause at the top and lower slowly.
02 / SPLIT SQUAT
5 sets of 5 reps each side, rest 120sec
Grab a pair of dumbbells and rest one foot
on a bench (A). Bend your front leg until
your back knee is just above the floor (B).
Push through your heel to the start point.
03 / WEIGHTED SQUAT JUMP
5 sets of 5 reps, rest 120sec
Step away from the bench with feet at
shoulder width. Sink into a squat (A) and
explode up (B). Land with soft knees and
lower into the next rep. Jump to it.
