he sent his former deputy Patti Harris
to a nonprofit’s all-male board meeting
in his place — and learned that they’d
constantly referred to her as “Mike’s
girl” during the meeting, according to a
new book. The tome claims that the for-
mer NYC mayor was so angry that he
returned to the next board meeting with
Harris — and referred all their ques-
tions to her. Harris is now the CEO of
Bloomberg’s foundation, Bloomberg
Philanthropies. The 1995 incident — be-
fore Bloomberg became “Mayor Mike”
in January 2002 — is recounted in a new
book, “The Many Lives of Michael
Bloomberg,” by New York Times writer
Eleanor Randolph. A source told us,
“The rest of the board finally got the
message: Patti was Mike’s go-to person.”
We’re told that aides fully cooperated
with Randolph for the book, out Sept. 10,
and that Bloomberg’s people are “em-
bracing” the tome.Defending ‘Herhonor’
IN Dayton, Ohio, over the weekend, a local
Cheesecake Factory restaurant turned into an un-
likely Hollywood hot spot in the heartland. Kanye
West and Kim Kardashian — along with a group
that included two of their kids, North and Saint —
were spotted dining at the eatery on both Friday and
Saturday nights. Singer Teyana Taylor and her hus-
band, former Knicks star Iman Shumpert, were at
the same restaurant on Sunday. After West and Kar-
dashian were seen there two nights in a row (order-
ing “strawberry lemonades, tacos and cheesecakes” a
spy told Page Six), there was buzz that West was in
town to perform one of his religious “Sunday Serv-
ices” in Dayton on the same day that Dave Chap-
pelle was hosting a block party benefit honoring vic-
tims and survivors of the mass shooting there earlier
this month. On Sunday, Chappelle and Chris Rock
attended West’s event, where the rapper’s show in-
cluded his hits as well as versions of Elton John’s
“I’m Still Standing” and a track by rap duo Clipse.
Performers at Chappelle’s show later included Ste-
vie Wonder, Chance the Rapper, Talib Kweli and
Taylor. West and Chappelle were also seen around
town celebrating the comic’s 46th birthday.

of approval to popular Brit rockers Mum-
ford & Sons. The legendary Beatle and
his wife, Nancy Shevell, were spotted at
a private SiriusXM and Pandora show
Sunday night at the Stephen Talkhouse in
Amagansett, NY. “Paul showed up right
before the concert and was escorted into
a VIP section,” says a spy. “It didn’t seem
like anyone noticed.” The famed musi-
cian was seen giving the thumbs-up when
