Jen started working in the Deaf
community over 20 years ago and is
a qualified BSL/English interpreter.
She joined BSLBT in 2016.Sam Calder-Bray
Programme Manager
Sam started his career in 2010, holding
posts at a Deaf production company
working on programmes for CBBC,
CBeebies and BSLBT. He moved to the
BBC and then Channel 4 before joining
BSLBT in 2014.Max Barber

Before joining BSLBT in 2018,
Max worked as an advisor for
Deaf people, and as a linguistics
research assistant.
