What type of couple would be attracted
to your venue? Couples aged 28-35 years
who are digitally savvy, design enthusiasts
looking for a practical wedding with simplicity.
What are some of your most popular and
delicious dishes? Snacks: Quail, rosella and
puffed rice; avocado prawns with crispy fish
skin and almond. Entrees: Clams with rice,
arak and herbs; blistered carrots with smoked
labne and honeycomb. Mains: Miso beef short
ribs with potato puree and garlic; pork belly
with fermented cabbage, apple and wood
sorrel; duck with taro, barley, kari ayam and
carrots; sea bream, courgette, asparagus and
squid bisque. Sides: Potatoes with mustard
seeds and crème fraiche; baby cos with
heirloom carrots and pickled onions; snake
beans in ox sauce. Desserts: Dragon curd tart
with milk rocks and meringue; seasonal fruit
cheesecake; varlhona chocolate platter.
Do you cater for vegetarians? Yes, we do
cater for vegetarians.Do you offer both sit-down and cocktail-style
receptions? Yes. We pretty much cater to whatever
needs the individual couple has, which means one
reception can differ greatly to the next.
Can couples BYO wine? Yes they can. The corkage
for BYO wine is IDR 200,000 net/bottle and for
spirits it’s IDR 300,000 net/bottle.
Do you have special areas for ceremonies?
We offer a wonderful rooftop area and/or infinity
pool, and we also have a courtyard and beautiful
gardens for photographs.
For evening receptions, do you request an
official finishing time? We ask that receptions
finish by 10pm but we may be able to negotiate
this if discussed prior.
What advice can you offer couples looking for
their dream reception venue? Couples should
compromise with each other on what to have
and do for their dream wedding, rather than let
disagreements or limitations overshadow this
