Getting married in Australia is quite expensive
so we wanted to find a beautiful location
overseas that was more affordable. When
choosing a venue I recommend looking for
somewhere with lush, green gardens. It’s also
a good idea to see if you can picture youself
getting married there.
Love in Legian
SARA & JASON
This fun-loving couple from Australia tied the
knot in a colourful ceremony at the White Rose
Kuta Resort, Villas & Spa in Bali on the 30th
September 2015, with 21 guests attending.
Why the White Rose Kuta Resort,
Villas & Spa?
“We stayed at the White Rose before and
really liked it there so we thought it would be
a great place to get married. I really love its
beautiful gardens and the warm and
friendly atmosphere.”
The Menu
“We had a lovely buffet with a little bit of
everything. Our guests loved how nicely it was
presented and how great the food tasted.”
The Accommodation
“It was great to stay at the same place as the
wedding as I could just go back to my room if
I forgot anything. It also meant that our guests
could store their belongings if needed.”
Best Photo Locations
“The fountain at the hotel was a great
location for photos, and my favourite photo
was taken with all our guests on the
ceremony stage with my husband and I
standing in front.”
Superior Service
“Our wedding coordinator, Shanti was the
best! She helped us plan everything before we
arrived so we didn’t have to do much when
we got there. Shanti was a pleasure to deal
with and she was attentive the whole time,
even visiting us after the wedding to make
sure everything was going well.”
Advice for Brides
“I was a bit rushed after my hair styling and
makeup as I didn’t have it done at the resort.
My advice is to either have it done early or
better yet, have someone come out to you.”
