of a bargain
IT’S much cheaper to rent
in a road with a name such
as Crotch Crescent, Bell
End or Slag Lane.
Rental firm HomeLet
found those in “rude-name
roads” pay 37%, or £300,
less than the UK average.
Other factors lowering
rents included being near
a motorway or graveyard.

Yesterday a former chief prosecutor
called for both Bolland and
Worrall to be charged with
Michelle’s murder.

convicted of the murder of
her children now need to be
charged with her murder.”
Michelle spent months in
a coma and was too ill to
attend her children’s funeral,
but she recorded a video
message and released
balloons in their memory in
the hospital grounds.
Leon Parkes, of Greater
Manchester Fire Service,
said: “We are all incredibly
upset to learn of Michelle’s
passing... I would like to
extend our condolences to
her friends and family, and
to those in the community
in Walkden who have been
affected in what must be a
tremendously difficult time.”
A police spokesman said the force
would be “liaising with the CPS” with
regards to potential charges.
