Owner and User:
TheFacilities are owned by the Corporation,which isaMaryland
nonstock corporation anda501(c)(3) organizationwithin the meaning
of Section150(a)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as
amended. TheFacilitiesare used by the Corporation for tax-exempt
purposes in its activities as an ownerand operator of continuing care
retirement communities for senior citizens.
