Take notice that the United States has filed proposed Final Judgments
in a civil antitrust case in the United States District Court for the
District of Columbia, UnitedStatesofAmericav.SinclairBroadcast
Group,Inc.,et.al., Civil Action No. 1:18-cv-2609. On August 1, 2019, a
Second Amended Complaint was filed, alleging that CBS Corporation,
Cox Enterprises, Inc.,The E.W. Scripps Company, Fox Corporation, and
TEGNA Inc. (collectively, “New Defendants”), among others, agreed to
exchange competitively sensitive information among themselves and
with other competing broadcast stations in violation of Section 1 of
the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1. A proposed Final Judgment for each
New Defendant, filed on August 13, 2019, requires New Defendants
to refrain from exchanging competitively sensitive information by
prohibiting such exchanges, requiring the implementation of an
antitrust compliance program, and requiring cooperation with any
related investigation or litigation. A Competitive Impact Statement
filed by the United States describes the Complaint, the proposed Final
Judgments,the industry,and the remedies available to private litigants
who may have been injured by the alleged violation.

TERMS OF SALE: A deposit of $94,500.00 payable in a certified check
or by a cashier's check will be required from purchaser at time of sale,
balance in immediately available funds upon final ratification of sale by
the Circuit Court of PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MARYLAND interest to
be paid at the rate of 3% on unpaid purchase money from date of sale

waives all rights and claims against the Substitute Trustees whether
known or unknown. These provisions shall survive settlement. Upon
refund of the deposit, this sale shall be void and of no effect, and the
purchaser shall have no further claim against the Substitute Trustees.
The sale is subject to post-sale review of the status of the loan and
that if any agreement to cancel the sale was entered into by the lender
and borrower prior to the sale then the sale is void and the purchaser's
deposit shall be refunded without interest. Additional terms and
