The All American Quarter Horse
Congress, produced by the Ohio
Quarter Horse Association, is the
largest single-breed horse show in
the world with more than 25,000
show entries, att racting some
650,000 people to the Columbus
area. “The Congress” as those in
the know call it, pays out over
$3 million in cash and prizes,
including trucks, trailers, trophy
saddles, sterling-silver buckles, and
bronze trophies. It’s the cultural
epicenter of the AQHA world each
October, with shopping, horse sales,
demonstrations, and so much more.
