THE TREND
STONE FOX BRIDE
X SAVANNAH MILLER
I
t all started when Stone Fox
Bride founder and creative
director Molly Guy Instagrammed
a picture of fashion designer
Savannah Miller’s 2005 English-
countryside wedding (which had
inspired Guy’s look for her own
2010 nuptials). Miller commented
on it, and a collaboration was born.
The line’s seven dresses, which
Guy describes as “English bohemia
meets Brooklyn street,” range from
$3,800 to $5,900 and include a
silk cowl-necked sheath and a velvet
cape with bell sleeves. Although
not traditional, “they’re versatile,”
Guy says. “A classic bride might
wear our ‘Dree’ dress [at left] with
Louboutin heels, while a beatnik
bride could wear it with sneakers.”
