Before Jennifer and second
husband Justin Theroux, 48,
ended their two-year marriage
in late 2017, they loved a good
double date with Sandra and
Bryan Randall, 53 – her model-
turned-photographer boyfriend
of over four years.
Justin and Bryan, says
a pal, “got along great. The
four of them would often do
things as couples,” including
hitting up Sandra’s Bess Bistro
in Austin, Texas, with then-
newlyweds Jen and Justin in
September 2015.
The ladies have helped
each other through hard times
too. “Sandra was there when
Jen and Justin got divorced,”
says the source. “She was
someone Jen could lean on.”
Although Jen wasn’t in the
picture when Sandra endured
a devastating split from first
husband Jesse James in 2010,
she was there for her friend
when Sandra’s father and two
dogs died within weeks of
one another last year.
“Jen was extremely
thoughtful when Sandy’s dad
passedaway,”saysthesource,
likelybecauseshe’dlosther
mum– withwhomshehada
famously difficult relationship- just two years earlier.”
After Jennifer and Justin
split, dinners continued with
Bryan as the third wheel.
“The dynamic hasn’t
changed, even though Justin
isn’t around anymore. Jen,
Sandra and Bryan still hang
out the same way they always
have. Jen counts Sandra and
Bryan as close friends she
loves to have around.”
Yet, with two energetic
young children – Louis, nine,
and Laila, seven – Sandra has
come to prefer that Jennifer
head over to her place.
“Jen’s invited Sandy and
the kids over to herhouse,”

jokes they’d neverbea
back because the kids
just a tornado of energ
and something always
ends up spilled,
broken or both. [So]
Jen’s spent more time
at Sandy’s house.”
One of the most
beautiful aspects of
theirfriendship is that there’s
nonegativity and no drama.
“They were both in very
positive places in their lives
when the friendship formed
as Sandra had just started
dating Bryan and Jen was
with Justin, so this wasn’t,
you know, two womenwho
were heartbroken,sitting
around miserable,”say

In a town where
friendships come
and go, by all accounts
Sandra’s and Jennifer’s
