aware,andmanyalreadyknowMary’shasa strong
natural-wineculture.
“I havehadsomepeopleintherestaurantindustry
saythat,becausewe’reintheCBD,weshouldbe
listingmorefamiliar,big-namewines,”saysRees.
“Andlook,we’dprobablydogoodbusinesswith
thecitycrowdif wemadethosekindsofconcessions.
ButI thinkif youmakedecisionsaboutyourwine
listjustbasedonbusiness,youcanlosesightofwho
youareandwhatyoubelievein.”
