The evening will be hosted by Dish editor Vanessa Marshall and Yealands chief
winemaker Jeff Fyfe, who will guide diners through the food and wine matches.
The canapés and four-course menu will be designed and executed by Pescatore's
head chef Darron Conole. Each course will be matched with a premium selection of
Yealands Estate wines.
Pescatore’s menu for the Dine with Dish event promises to be a one-of-a-kind
