2 chicken breasts, skinless
and boneless
1/4 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise
with a Spark of Chilli
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. BBQ sauce
1/2 tsp. five spice
1 cup panko crumbs

TO SERVE:
Extra Best Foods Mayonnaise
with a Spark of Chilli
1 tbsp. chopped coriander
Lime wedges

Pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees
and line a shallow roasting tray
with baking paper.
Cut the chicken breast into long
even sized strips.
In a large bowl combine the
chicken with Best Foods
Mayonnaise with a spark of Chilli,
Worcestershire sauce, BBQ sauce
and five spice and mix well.
Lightly coat each chicken strip in
the panko crumbs and lay on
the pre-prepared tray.
Spray with oil and bake for 12-15
minutes until cooked and golden.
Serve with extra Best Foods
Mayonnaise with a Spark of Chilli,
chopped coriander and lime
wedges for squeezing.
