For the main event, course four, guests

were wowed by the Kagoshima Scotch

Fillet charred over Kachi charcoals

with broccoli, black garlic and dashi

all matched to Taylors pinnacle The

Visionary Cabernet Sauvignon 2013,

named in honour of Taylors founder, Bill

Taylor Senior, whose commitment and

vision for the brand has seen the

award-winning label go from strength

to strength.

Dessert rounded off the evening

with a hearty Yorkshire Pudding and

Roasted Apple, Apple Praline Curd,

Salted Caramel and in a stroke of lovely

serendipity, Brown Butter Ice-cream. The

Brown Brothers Patricia Noble Reisling

2013 was the perfect complement with

its rich golden hue, aromatic nose, and

classic botrytis characters of citrus,

honey and classic marmalade.
