costruttive locali,variazione contemporanea della tradizio-
ne vernacolare (in città la ritroviamoanchea villa Boma,
realizzata dallo stesso studio qualche anno fa). Tra il muro
e la casa è ricavata la grande porta d’ingresso metallica che
conduceaunahall,asuavoltacollegataaunacorte-giardino.
Da questo spazio-soglia pochi gradini conducono al secondo
piano,doveècollocatalamaggiorpartedegliambientiabita-
tivicheconfluisconounonell’altrosenzachiusure:lacucina,
la sala da pranzo e il soggiorno, esteso attraverso la terrazza
in vista della città, con pavimento di legno e piscina a sfioro.
