Bespoke designs that stand out
COASTAL CALM
Inhouse Design Studio was approached to create more emotion
in the home by making a few structural. These were to establish
a connection between the views the building had to offer with the
spaces it used for entertaining. The interior design oozes luxury and
chic seaside living. The timber elements in the ceilings, joinery and oak

This property, located in the magnificent Serengeti Estates, is built
on a stand offering 270° views of the golf course to the east and
south. Stretching along the entire southern boundary and applying
basic bioclimatic strategies, the house makes the most of showcasing
the expansive golf course views. It’s a perfect example of Anthrop

PERSONALISED SPACE
The building’s aesthetic and somewhat eclectic
use of materials stand out as the first feature when
visiting this unique home. New raw brickwork
was used to offset against white purist walls.
Architectural items from previous projects have
been reused to give them new purpose within
their new setting. Large, oversized poplar beams
were introduced within the main structure of the
barn building to assist with the building’s original
old-world charm.
The contrast of the raw materials used together
with bespoke fittings really assisted the home
owners in adding that sense of personality to the
space while still offering the character of a family
home that showcases its unique owners.

This interior beautifully juxtaposes the
straight lines of modern architecture
with the organic forms of furnishings
and fixtures. The layering of textures and
pops of sea-foam green make this interior
surprisingly striking yet tranquil.
