Medium weight paper

METHOD

1 Download the template from

livingandloving.co.za andprin

2 Fold in half.

3 Lightly paint the

palm of your littles

one’s hand and

press down on the

paper to make the

wings of the butterfly.

4 Allow to dry and add

stick-on decorations.

5 Display or use

as gift cards.

METHOD

1 Print the templates from livingndloving.

co.za on white paper. If you would

like to use them again, get them

laminated at your local printing shop.

Be sure to use whiteboard markers

so the lines can be easily erased.

METHOD

1 Start by painting the paper

rolls in the colour of your

choice. Allow to dry.

2 Punch two holes across from each

other at the top of the toilet roll.

3 Thread the thin ribbon through

both holes and tie together.

4 Cut long pieces of ribbon and glue

them inside the toilet paper roll.

5 Fold a piece of construction paper

in half and cut out the butterfly

wings so they are joined at the

fold (cut the shape of a 3).

7 Cut the butterfly body from a

different colour paper and glue

the body onto the wings.

8 Stick on the googly eyes.

9 Decorate the wings and then glue

the butterfly onto the paper roll.

10 For the cloud, cut long strips

of tissue paper and glue them

inside the toilet paper roll.

11 Draw the outline of a cloud onto

white paper and cut out. Using the

marker, draw eyes and a mouth.

12 Glue the completed butterfly onto

the paper roll. Outline the cloud

with glitter glue and allow to dry.
