De Plus wins Binck
Bank Tour
Home rider Laurens De Plus
took an overall win for Jumbo-
Visma at the seven-stage Binck

finished at the weekend. A key
player in the Dutch team’s Tour

before knocking Tim Wellens
(Lotto-Soudal) off the top spot on
the final stage to Geraardsbergen,
which was won by Oliver Naesen
(Ag2r La Mondiale).

to target 200mph, and the

refreshing. There were great offers
and I felt like it was the right time to
take this one,” the 28-year-old said.

is to leave UAE Team Emirates
and the WorldTour to join Pro
Continental team Israel Cycling
Academy on a two-year
contract. Martin will take an
undisputed GC leader position
and aid the team’s quest to

feel it’s time for me to step into
a new, exciting challenge,” said
the 32-year-old. “It’s a great
opportunity for me to refresh
