modern large-format porcelain flooring creates a relaxed spa-like aura.

In the master bedroom, incredible views circle across the Gulf and out toward the distant Everglades. Once

again, O’Guin Decorative Finishes brings the outside in with a wavy, ceiling treatment that appears to float

above a platform bed from Huppé. The teak slats of a feature wall lend a fitting reverence to yachting.

Romo’s colors wrap the accent pillows atop Thayer Coggin’s leather-clad sofas in the living room. Here, swivel lounge
chairs by Max Davani and a pair of cocktail tables from Theodore Alexander join the mix. Glistening, sandy textured
walls by O’Guin Decorative Finishes complete the scene.
