This year, Friday, September 13, is Mid-Autumn
Festival. This holiday is also called Moon Festival
because the moon looks so big and bright on this
night. To celebrate the holiday, most people enjoy
eating mooncakes. These have a rich ÄSSPUN inside.
One traditional ÄSSPUN PZ H Z^LL[ ILHUpaste.
Sometimes there is a duck egg yolk at the center
of a mooncake. It represents the moon. You can
