Pick of the Patch
Martha grew up enjoying cabbage in the classic Polish dishes her mother and
grandmothers cooked; now she grows about a dozen varieties of the
vegetable on her farm. On the following pages, she reminisces about those treasured
family recipes, and shares some new favorites, conjured in her own kitchen.
