Frank is also an advocateof addingyour own characterto the mix. “Personaliseyour
bedroom!”he says. “Everythingfrom a tray of your favouriteperfumesto fresh flowersand
travel mementosare all potentialstyling items,”Frank explains.Lily Wong, of Hong Kong-
based Lusso DesignLimited,agrees,adding:“Choosea beautifulpiece of artwork,arrange
some family photos,add flowersor candles.Give the room a feeling of comfortand intimacy.”
Lightingis imperativeto creatinga calm atmosphere,which in turn will help you to switch
off after a long day. Direct lightingshould be avoided,accordingto Frank, who suggests
diffusedilluminationsand dimmerfunctionswhereverpossible.Ambientreflectivelighting
is ideal for the bedroomas it radiatesa soft, warm glow that is cosy and inviting.
“At via., we always encourageclients to follow their instinctsand expresstheir unique
personalitiesand tastes when decorating,especiallyto surroundthemselveswith art and

DesignLimited的Lily Wong深表認同：「挑選漂亮的藝術品，放幾張家庭照，再放花卉或蠟
燭，使房間洋溢著舒適和親密的感覺。」
照明是打造寧靜氣氛的必須品，助你結束漫長一天。Frank建議避用直射照明，盡量選用分
散式照明和調光裝置。反射照明光線柔和，格調溫馨宜人。Frank說：「於via.，我們鼓勵客戶跟
隨自己的直覺，展現真我品味，把心愛的藝術品和東西都放出來。這就是裝飾睡房的要點。」
