moreexpensiveandhardertomaintain,butit doeshavea timeless

appealand,if properlycaredfor,canagebeautifully.

香港室內設計師及造型師Aviva Duncan也表示：「我喜歡在廚房

加入燃燈色、色和綠色，這些跟大自然也有著直接關係。」跟居所

其他房間的裝潢一樣，平衡就是關鍵。「愈來愈多人喜愛選用深色調，

能把塵埃和小瑕疵都隱藏起來。」香港室內設計公司ComodoInterior&

FurnitureDesign的創辦人兼設計總監AlainWong解釋：「不過，要為廚

房營造空間感，便需要好好平衡廚房內的深淺用色。」

廚房的物料應比居所其他地方的更為堅固耐用，選擇時要份外留

神。「多運用幾種物料。」澳洲室內設計師GregNatale指：「金屬、

木材和玻璃能營造溫暖感。各種物料能交織出活力十足的環境，避免

千篇一律的沉悶格調。」

Ellie和Alain亦深表認同，工作面和防濺擋板可選用堅固、耐熱和

防刮花的人造石，備有多種色彩和面飾可選。實木較昂貴和需花心機保

養，卻有著永恆的優美感，只要細心打理，便能漂亮地變舊。
