The distinguished ocean explorer and marine conservationist
Fabien Cousteau has dedicated his life to exploring the oceans
and to promoting their health. With past projects like “Mission
31” and the ongoing work of the Fabien Cousteau Ocean
Learning Center, an advocacy-oriented nonprofi t, Fabien works
tirelessly to make a direct and positive contribution to the
health of the oceans. All
his life, Fabien has been
deeply infl uenced by his
celebrated grandfather,
the legendary ocean
explorer and fi lmmaker
Jacques-Yves Cousteau.
Seiko is proud to support
the Fabien Cousteau
Ocean Learning Center
and its crucial mission to
restore the seas and raise public awareness about their plight.
As part of its efforts to collaborate with Fabien, Seiko will also
launch both traditional and online media initiatives focused on
the Prospex diver’s watch collection.
A new, dedicated Seiko Prospex Instagram account features
Fabien’s activities, adventures and discoveries. We are asking
divers, environmentalists and marine specialists from all over
the world to contribute their stories, experiences and ideas for
the future. Our aim is that this will become a valued resource
